This is a non-lethal weapon is under the development by the National Institution of Justice. It's goal is to inflict pain from a distance using beams of laser light or microwaves which causes the skin to get hot. It will be used to capture suspects. This tool is a modified version of the laser rifle that was created by the U.S. Airforce. Some Human Rights groups are controversial about this non-lethal weapon.
